My name is Neil, and Coached from the Croft represents the culmination of my life’s experiences — from working as a chef in some of the world’s finest kitchens to serving over two decades as a police officer. The coaching service I provide is deeply rooted in the practical knowledge and resilience I’ve developed through navigating life’s many challenges and transitions.
My goal is to offer realistic, no-nonsense support that is tailored to the individual needs of each client, ensuring that the guidance I provide is directly relevant and effective. Coached from the Croft isn’t about flashy gimmicks or abstract concepts; it’s about facilitating real change through personalised guidance that fits seamlessly into each person’s life.
At Coached from the Croft, our mission is to provide practical, personalised coaching that empowers men to take control of their health, fitness, and well-being. We focus on delivering straightforward, real-world guidance that is tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them achieve meaningful, lasting change without the distractions of gimmicks or jargon. Through authentic support and relatable experiences, we aim to build confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose in those we coach.
Our vision is to create a community of strong, confident men who are empowered to overcome life’s challenges and live healthier, more fulfilled lives. We strive to be a trusted partner for those seeking real, sustainable progress—offering an approach that integrates fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being in a way that is both accessible and transformative. We aspire to be known as the go-to resource for men who value genuine, no-nonsense guidance as they work toward becoming the best versions of themselves.
"Having worked closely with Neil in what could be described as a challenging job, he was a constant support to me throughout. Having changed my career slightly later in life, I struggled with my confidence. Neil encouraged me daily, put trust in my skills and recognised my potential. He was approachable and his door was always open if you needed advice. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as knowledgeable about so many subjects as Neil! His support has played a huge part in shaping my career and I am very grateful for that."
